E.C.H.O.E. is a student-led HOSA mental health initiative dedicated to reducing social isolation among teens. Through anonymous letters, compassionate peer replies, and inclusive community events, we create safe spaces where no one has to feel alone.

Once upon a time, in a cozy corner of the internet, a tiny ginger kitten with a twinkle in her eye and a lullaby purr was born. This was Echo!
From her very first pounce, Echo was full of curiosity, tilting her head to every little ping and beep that floated through the digital air. Echo adores unraveling mysterious tangles of yarn, napping on forgotten story scrolls, and sipping warm imaginary tea. Her shimmering mane helps her see clearly, and her little green scarf keeps her snug for adventures.
Most of all, Echo loves making friends. She listens quietly, offers gentle presence, and reminds us that our online world can be warm, welcoming, and wonderful. Echo appears throughout our social media content to deliver cozy reminders, self-care tips, and a sprinkle of positive energy to brighten your feed. If you look closely, you might catch a friendly wink from behind her monocle “” she’s happy you’re here.

To amplify the voices that are often unheard and stand against social isolation by creating safe, supportive spaces where teens can connect, share, and heal together.
A world where no teen feels left out, and every voice is valued, uplifted, and celebrated. We envision a community built on empathy, collaboration, and belonging — where every voice deserves to echo.
